Starting to think about the questions to ask and make sure we can be as involved as possible as the house comes to life. The neighborhood is shaping up three more houses have foundations in including our future neighbor, it's exciting to see the lots all shape up.
Some of the things that are most on my mind:
How often and what will the process be for my wife and I to be able to stop by?
What will the major milestone dates be, foundation, framing, roof, pre-drywall walk through, dry walling, Flooring...got to be more no?
